Vice President, Registration and Lead Services

Keith McKenna joined the MCI USA family in 2002.  As Vice President, Registration & Lead Services he is responsible for the operational delivery of MCI USA’s registration offering.  Keith leads a team of event professionals who provide registration and lead solutions for events of all sizes and sectors.

During Keith’s career, he has previously served as Director of Information Technology where he led a team of software developers in providing technology-based solutions to meet the needs of today’s client base.  Keith expanded his career with MCI USA by serving as Director of Call Center Operations where he managed a multi-tiered team of customer care professionals.  These diverse leadership roles have provided Keith with the ability to understand all aspects of complex technology and service delivery challenges and to provide appropriate, customer centric solutions for positive results.

Keith is a member of International Association for Exhibitions and Events (IAEE).  He is a graduate of the IAEE Krackoff Leadership Institute and currently serves as a member of the IAEE Technologies Committee.  He holds a degree from Texas State University and lives in Plano, Texas with his wife and two daughters.
