To log in to the post-show Evaluation and Statement of Credit system please enter your Confirmation Number or your Last Name and Email Address or your Last Name and ADCES Member ID#.

The CE Evaluation Site will close 11:59 PM CT on Monday, December 9, 2024. All pharmacists that attended the live conference must complete their evaluations by 11:59 PM CT on Monday, September 23, 2024.

On-Demand sessions are available for viewing Monday, August 26, 2024, through Monday, October 28, 2024.
