Welcome to the ADCES post-show Evaluation and Statement of Credit System.

To log in to the post-show Evaluation and Statement of Credit system please enter your Confirmation Number or your Last Name and Email Address or your Last Name and ADCES Member ID#.

The CE Evaluation Site will close 11:59 PM CT on Monday, December 18, 2023. All pharmacists that attended the live conference must complete their evaluations by 11:59 PM CT on Monday, September 18, 2023.

On-Demand sessions are available for viewing Monday, August 21, 2023, through Monday, October 30, 2023.
